Dear Magelo, I have a registered free account. I have recently used the Sync app. My account is not private. My character says it is ranked; however, I do not show up in any rankings list. Thank you for looking into this. Treesmasha Toothpickmaker

Hi Treesmasha, Only authentic / genuine profiles are ranked, given you provided your gear manually, your character is not ranked.

Jelan, Thanks for the reply. Not arguing either, but most of the searches I have done on the site mention both premium and free toons are eligible to be ranked. Not sure of the difficulty in cleaning up dead threads and the like. Keep up the good work, Treesmasha

Ya I understand the confusion, we need to add this to the premium features to clear up things a bit, sorry about that.
