I've redownloaded Sync and still the only game shown is EQ.

I just downloaded magelo sync, and im having the same issue. it will not detect rift, doesnt matter if i run rift before or after i open magelo sync. I even deleted the sync file as suggested.. still no rift. Was this ever fixed for you?
