I posted this in general at first before realizing that it should have been here: I am trying to sync my character Malbro and it hangs at trying to detect currently logged in character. I was able to sync Malbro but now it's hanging up on my alt Malbeth. Separate character not a persona. Apparently it was lag in the guildhall. I zoned out to plane of knowledge and it finally found my character.
