Loaded sync but it gets stuck at the password/login screen, reloaded sync, same problem, downloaded newer sync but program name does not match 'unconfirmed 164797.crdownload' vs 'magelosyncsetup.exe' ...

Please try to update your password on the website and then try again to log back in with Magelo Sync.
