Sorry I am not enough good in German to reply in this language so I go for English if you don't mind
You can access the guild bank from "My guild" in the left menu of the website, under "Community".
You will see the list of characters in your guild by default. Click on the "Bank" tab to access the guild bank.
About the music, its load as soon as all the images and data are loaded in your profile, so it should take 3 to 5 seconds, not more.
