I have a Premium account I used on WoW but have moved over to Rift now. I can use the sync icon to fire up Rift I then log onto my char but I get no sync or char info in Magelo, no error messages and no sync icon the swirlly grean one.

Hi SkipGTR, Rift has been patched for the 1.4.1 Hotfix #6 and we are currently working on the update of Magelo Sync. It will be soon available, so you will be able to sync again your characters. Keep an eye on the Homepage news: [Rift 1.4.1 Hotfix #6\|http://rift.magelo.com/en/news/36449] and let me know how it goes after we patch!
