When i open up the snc program go through it to open rift the swirly sync button on the picture doesnt appear. It doesnt seem to be detecting anything.

Hi Zagel, If it’s the first time you use Magelo Sync you need to launch your game manually (not from Magelo Sync) just to let Magelo Sync knows the path to the game file on your computer. It is just necessary for the first time. If it is still the same, could you please provide the log file of Magelo Sync? Try to sync again and when the error occurs, press "ctrl + shift + L", when you have the focus on Magelo Sync, to get the log. Then copy its content here in your replies. Thanks!

Hi Zagel, We just updated Magelo Sync so could you try again to synchronize your character? Please, let me know how it goes!
