This map location is actually for Capitaine Shane Hawkins. The Prototype Watcher seems to patrol between 7587,8287, west then south underneath the waterfalls, then east to the screenshot's location at about 7850,8542. Looks very much like the other constructs, but it's holding a different weapon.
