After talking with this NPC, and purchasing Omen sight for 12.5K planar, use your Omen sight (60 minute active) and the Prophecy's are found in Sanctum here:
1) of Beauty (Shyla the Fallen) - at the foot of the throne in front of Cyril Kalmar
2) of Sand (Messenger of Omens) - On seaward facing side of pathway of Southernmost Sactum
3) of Time (Orphiel Farwind) - Near action house on West side of Sanctum
Completing this phase will send you to Shimmersand to use Omen Sight to continue quest
