Attack the Outposts

The Defiants have sprung up fortified outposts all over Telara. We cannot let them occupy our world this way, but most of our forces are tied up on the fronts. I have an idea on how to get rid of them... most economically, as it were. We both know grunts think with their stomachs, so lets hit 'em where it hurts. Take out an outpost's Quartermaster and his assistants. We will let them wither on the vine.
