The rats needed for this are in an underground chamber below the Necropolis. They are level 55 Elite, so if you would like to get this achievment I would recommend the following: - Get the quest Убить десять крыс at the entrance to the Necropolis - Kill the required amount of rats - Abandon quest after the tenth kill - Go pick it up again - Continue doing this until you get the achievment
