Ok, so after you've killed your sharks, soldiers, and other obvious mobs wandering the island (two others I can't recall), you'll want to head over to the path heading north at approx. 5963, 8508 and look into the sky. Fix your macro to /tar Mark and soon, you'll be killing the Prototype Mark 1 that flies around that area, to complete your carnage achievement. GL!
