Tak'Gnarl is a neutral rare cat that spawns along the coast of the island. It'll be staring at or chasing a nearby Gras-Tiger named Snogs; kill Tak and the item Snogs will be mailed to you. I don't know if there's a set pattern to when or where the pair spawns, but this thread on the main forums contains some of the initial discovery information, including a map of seven known spawn locations. A user named Dorios created the map, hopefully it's okay to include as a screenshot here.
