/setwaypoint 4931 2520 Young woman crying at the top of the waterfall by the Finstere Tiefen entrance. Speak with her, and if you agree to help her, head west across the creek to the Tearfall Catacombs (4780, 2555), where you'll find a pile of corpses not far inside. Click it and be totally not surprised that the Tränenschleicher will appear (speaking with her is optional, the pile appears when she does).
