Speak with her, and if you agree to help her, head west across the creek to the Tearfall Catacombs (4780, 2555), where you'll find a pile of corpses not far inside. Click it and be totally not surprised that the Guetteur de larmes will appear (speaking with her is optional, the pile appears when she does).
