Hello Eckmar and thanks for your log,
Few users reported the same issue. Sounds like a problem when you are in Windows 7 64-bit and Java 7 64-bit. We are working on it and we need also to patch Magelo Sync for the Hotfix#7, just applied in the game.
We will keep you posted when you can try again.

You should be able to try again now that we have patched Rift for the hotfix #7.
If you are still stuck, can you try to install Java7 win32 as well and then start Magelo Sync in 32bit with MageloSync.exe.
I am trying to understand if it's an issue tied with the 64bit client alone.

Hi adelea,
I think it was just a cache issue because when I open your profile I see July 27 for the sync date.
Try to refresh your cache and it should be ok.

Yes this is a cache issue. I forced a refresh on our side and it should be fine now.
