you probably figured it out already, but i paid to upgrade; even got a confirmation email from magelo. however when i log in it says i havent got premium access.

Same problem here, paid on 06/06, payment visible in payment history, status is blank. On my credit card I see the payment has been completed on 7th of june.
I also send a message from the 'contact us' form on the home page. When sent it told me I'd get a response within 24 hours but 2 days later I still don't have a response.
Please solve this problem

Sorry about that, whenever you can, if you dont have any issue with your account and you can actually log in, it is usually much quicker to just post in the forum or open a ticket.
